Rita Vandevorst – Events

Greenery is life; art brings life; experiences act as a catalyst.
Due to constant climate change, the world is under pressure to tackle these issues. A floodplain is part of the solution.
The floodplain in Bevingen ensures the safety of the village and town, and thus also contributes to a liveable region. It is a green oasis in which a diverse biotope has developed.
“Oxymoron”
As a resident of the friendly village of Bevingen, I was inspired, on the one hand, by the rich wildlife found here and, on the other, by the church we look out upon – a scene ‘beneath the tower!’ This work is about the myths that arise from the things around us, about truths that contradict themselves and yet remain accepted as facts or beliefs.
